About Us
Our Mission
The Hawthorne Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary organization supported by progressive, forward-looking citizens: principally people in the business community who are interesed in promoting the civic, commercial, professional, industrial and general welfare of the Borough of Hawthorne.
To carry out it's mission, the Chamber undertakes a number of important community activities. These activities cover a broad range and the objective is always to enhance and improve the quality of life in Hawthorne. From the placement of refuse receptacles throughout our business district, to the annual July 4th fireworks display, to the annual scholarship awards for deserving students, the Chamber has become an integral part of the community life in Hawthorne.
The Chamber's board of directors meets the second Tuesday of each month. If you have any questions, the Chamber office is staffed on weekdays during normal business hours.
